Bodhi Suspension Ropes Taster Sessions - Saturday 21 April - 8.00 am - 8.30 am & 8.30 am - 9.00 am - FREE Be ready to suspend your disbelief! The Bodhi ropes, suspended from the beams, enable you to access an exciting new repertoire of exercises to challenge strength, flexibility and dynamic movement range. This new style of workout is completely unique to The Old Stable Studios.

Introduction to Pilates Taster Session - Saturday 21 April 9.15am - 10.15 am - FREE An introductory Pilates class using the fundamental principles of the method to address good posture, balance, strength and flexibility. The class is based upon the classical repertoire of Joseph Pilates, evolved and developed to support the stresses and strains of today's bodies.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Level 2 Class - Saturday 21 April - 10.30 am - 11.30 am - £8.00 If you've had some yoga experience and you would like to try moving through the material with flow, challenging your strength and flexibility, then why not join our regular Saturday morning class. Dynamic and releasing, a great way to flow in to the weekend.

Mindfulness Taster Session Saturday 21 April 12.00-12.45pm FREE Find it difficult to switch off? In this ever-busy world it seems so difficult to find the time or energy to wind down. The Mindfulness session will introduce you to different ways to still the mind and calm the body.

Pilates Edge Taster Session Saturday 21 April 1.00-1.45pm FREE Pilates floorwork with the added challenge of small equipment. From the Pilates Arc (perfect for releasing tight backs and shoulders) to the Orbit Roller Board (de-stabilise the body for greater control and core strength), the Edge classes are fun, with plenty of variation to challenge your practice.

Aromatherapy Taster Session Saturday 21 April 1.30-2.30pm FREE Join Abigail from MTRINE in this introductory workshop looking at the power of essential oils to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. Abigail will discuss their uses and how to simply work them in to our everyday lives.

Hatha Yoga Taster Session Saturday 21 April 2.00-2.45pm FREE An introduction to Hatha, the earliest form of Yoga. The class will encourage strong breathing, good focus and an introduction in to the basic vinyasas (movement sequences). A relaxed and accessible way to experience this ever-popular method of movement.

Ballet Barre Taster Session Saturday 21 April 3.00-3.45pm FREE Combining the core strength exercises from Pilates with the co-ordinated Barre work from Ballet to create balance, length and strength, this session is an all-rounder when it comes to toning. No Ballet experience or Tutu required!

Open Doors/talk to teachers in the Pilates Equipment Studio - Saturday 21 April 10.00 am - 3.00 pm - FREE

Plus: Natural product promotion throughout the week at the studio.

No need to bring anything special, all equipment is provided, just wear comfortable clothing you can move in.  All classes are undertaken in socks or bare feet (please wear suitable walking shoes for the Nordic Walking sessions).
