Proposal: Felling of dead trees and trees closest to dwelling house and reduction in height of remaining trees to 3m all protected by Tree Preservation Order No 439
The Society had no objection
The White House, 2 New Road, Darley Abbey, Derby, DE22 1DR
Proposal: Rebuilding of boundary wall
The Society has objected to the proposal on the grounds that the methods proposed would be detrimental to the historic integrety of the wall. An alternative scheme of rebuilding has been put forward.
47 Church Lane, Darley Abbey, Derby, DE22 1EX
Proposal: Formation of vehicular access
The Society has abjected to this on the basis that the proposed access is too wide and will result in a considerable loss of grass verge.
Land between River Derwent and Darley Abbey Mills, Darley Abbey, Derby
Proposal: Felling of 45 Sycamore , 42 Willow, 1 Holly and 1 Holly Bush and crown lifting of 5 Sycamore trees within Darley Abbey Conservation Area
The Society has not objected to this.
